The 3 Captains

Brad Ives, Evy Ben Resheph, and Ethan Aspler are The 3 Captains who represent the family of the SV Kwai crew.

We built and operated Kwai, starting with a burnt-out wreck, and growing her into a 15-year successful business, trading between Hawaii, the Line Islands of Kiribati, and the Cook Islands.  Under charter to Ocean Voyages Institute, each of us engaged in 3 voyages with SV Kwai in the summers of 2019 and 2020, to collect ghost nets and plastic in the Gyre.
